This policy explains what information LogLab ("LogLab", "we", "us") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. LogLab is developed by Mathis Garcia. If you have questions, contact matgarciadesign@gmail.com.
Information we collect
No account required. LogLab does not require creating an account or signing in. We do not collect your name, email address, or password.
Your video content. Clips, grades, and LUTs you work with in LogLab are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, or store your video content on any server, and we cannot access it.
Purchase information. LogLab Pro is a one-time purchase sold and billed entirely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive a non-identifying signal from Apple indicating whether LogLab Pro is unlocked on your Apple Account, in order to enable Pro features.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in LogLab.

Third-party services
LogLab relies on the following third-party service to operate:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: processes all purchases. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties other than the service provider listed above, and only as necessary for them to provide their service to us.
Data retention and deletion
Since LogLab doesn't require an account, there's no account data for us to retain. Your clips, grades, and LUTs stay on your device and are deleted whenever you remove them there. If you've contacted us for support, email matgarciadesign@gmail.com to request deletion of that correspondence.
Children's privacy
LogLab is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at matgarciadesign@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
